§ 10-141. Misrepresentation of payroll.
 

(a)  Prohibition.- An employer may not with fraudulent intent misrepresent to the Board the wages on which a premium under this subtitle is based. 

(b)  Penalty.- A person who violates any provision of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 90 days or both.
