(a) In general.- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) Board.- "Board" means a board of arbitration formed under this subtitle to settle a labor dispute.
(c) Commissioner.- "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Labor and Industry.
(d) Mediation Service.- "Mediation Service" means the State Mediation and Conciliation Service.
