§ 13-201. Application of title; amendment or repeal of title.
 

(a)  Application of title to uniformed volunteer companies.- This title applies to all uniformed volunteer companies. 

(b)  Amendment or repeal of title.- A provision of this title may not be repealed or amended by any statute passed by the General Assembly unless the statute explicitly: 

(1) refers to this title as the militia law, or by its other titles, as part of the general laws of the State; and 

(2) repeals or amends the referenced provision.
