§ 2-417. Same - Termination.
 

(a)  In general.- An employee, other than an employee in probationary status, may be terminated from employment only in accordance with the State Personnel and Pensions Article. 

(b)  Employees in probationary status.- The Secretary may terminate the employment of an employee in probationary status for any reason that the Secretary considers sufficient.
