§ 7-211. Frederick County.
 

(a)  Authority to enact monetary service award plan.- To encourage volunteer service in Frederick County, the Board of County Commissioners of Frederick County may enact a monetary service award plan based on length of service for members of volunteer fire companies in Frederick County. 

(b)  Implementation of plan.- The Board of County Commissioners may implement the plan by enacting ordinances or resolutions that relate to the provisions and implementation of the plan.
