§ 2-1701. Electrical voting machine.
 

(a)  Use restricted.- A person who is not a member of the General Assembly may not operate an electrical voting machine to vote on a question before the Senate or the House. 

(b)  Penalties.- In addition to any penalty that the Senate or the House sets, a person who violates any provision of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment for not more than 5 years.
