§ 20-1030. Judicial review.
 

(a)  In general.- Subject to subsections (b) and (c) of this section, any party aggrieved by a final order for relief under § 20-1029 of this subtitle may obtain judicial review of the order in accordance with the provisions for judicial review under Title 10, Subtitle 2 of this article. 

(b)  Time for filing.- A petition for judicial review shall be filed within 30 days after the final order is entered. 

(c)  Venue.- A petition for judicial review shall be filed in the circuit court for the county where the discriminatory housing practice is alleged to have occurred. 

(d)  Parties.- If the Commission issues a final order in which a finding of a discriminatory housing practice is made, the Commission is a party in any appeal of the final order.
