§ 9-2201. Definitions.
 

(a)  In general.- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. 

(b)  Application service provider.- "Application service provider" means an entity that provides access to or deployment of business software applications and services over the Internet. 

(c)  ASP.- "ASP" means application service provider. 

(d)  Board.- "Board" means the CEO Board of Advisors for E-Commerce. 

(e)  Consortium.- "Consortium" means the "eMaryland" ASP Consortium. 

(f)  E-commerce.- "E-commerce" means electronic business and commerce.
