§ 15-107. Threats or coercion.
 

An employee or public official of this State may not use a threat or coercion to induce or attempt to induce an employee in the skilled service or professional service: 

(1) to resign; 

(2) to take a leave of absence; or 

(3) to waive a right granted by this Division I.
