PUBLIC SAFETY SOLICITATION ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 298 of 1992

14.327 Conditional effective date.

Sec. 27.

This act shall not take effect unless Senate Bill No. 1140 of the 86th Legislature is enacted into law.
