CITY INCOME TAX ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 284 of 1964

141.701 Alternative provisions; adoption.

Sec. 1.

The governing body of a city may adopt sections 60, 61 and 87 of this chapter in lieu of sections 60, 61 and 87 of chapter 2.
