MICHIGAN ELECTION LAW (EXCERPT)
Act 116 of 1954

168.72 Candidates for lieutenant governor, secretary of state, attorney general; nomination at fall state convention.

Sec. 72.

At its fall state convention, each political party may nominate a candidate for each of the offices of lieutenant governor, secretary of state and attorney general.
