INVENTIONS AND DISCOVERIES (EXCERPT)
Act 2 of 1954 (Ex. Sess.)

17.402 Contracts relating to inventions, discoveries and patents; approval of attorney general.

Sec. 2.

Each such contract shall be subject to the approval of the attorney general of the state as to form and validity.
