THE PUPIL TRANSPORTATION ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 187 of 1990

257.1877 Conditional effective date.

Sec. 77.

This act shall not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 85th Legislature are enacted into law:

(a) Senate Bill No. 843.

(b) Senate Bill No. 844.
