LIMOUSINE TRANSPORTATION ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 271 of 1990

257.1909 Duty of lessor.

Sec. 9.

A lessor shall be required to inform any person leasing any limousine for the transportation of passengers for hire of the requirements of this act on a motor vehicle lease agreement.
