LIMOUSINE TRANSPORTATION ACT (EXCERPT)

257.1917 Fees.

Sec. 17.

An applicant for an original certificate of authority shall pay to the department a filing fee of $300.00 and a fee of $50.00 times the number of limousines to be used by the carrier to provide transportation for hire.
