Act 327 of 1945
259.34 State aeronautics fund.
Sec. 34.
There is hereby created a fund to be known as the “state aeronautics fund.” All money received from aviation fuel taxes, licensing of schools of aviation, airports, landing fields, airport managers, registration of aircraft and airmen, and from the operation of state operated airports, landing fields, and other aeronautical facilities, shall be paid into the state treasury and credited to this fund.
