AIRPORT AUTHORITIES (EXCERPT)
Act 73 of 1970

259.814 Operative sections.

Sec. 14.

In the event that an authority is formed as prescribed in section 1, sections 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 22 shall become operative.
