REGISTRATION OF NAMES OF FARMS (EXCERPT)
Act 35 of 1941

285.106 Application; acknowledgment; witnesses.

Sec. 6.

All applications for registration, notices of transfer and notices of cancellation shall be acknowledged under oath and shall be executed before 2 witnesses.
