286.184 Commission; grounds for removal of member.
Sec. 4.
The governor may remove a member of the commission upon a finding of:
(a) Gross neglect of duty.
(b) Corrupt conduct in office.
(c) Misfeasance or malfeasance.
(d) Mental or physical incapacity.
