286.190 Confidentiality of trade secrets.
Sec. 10.
Information reported to or otherwise obtained by the commission in connection with a toxic substance emergency or a proceeding under this act which contains or which might reveal a trade secret shall be considered confidential. In a proceeding under this act the commission or the court shall issue orders as may be appropriate to protect the confidentiality of trade secrets and to carry out the objectives of this act.
