Act 284 of 1937
287.128 Records of licensee; inspection.
Sec. 8.
The department or any of the duly authorized agents shall have authority to inspect the records of any licensee at any time to determine the origin and destination of any livestock handled by the licensee and to determine if any provisions of this act or the rules and regulations promulgated hereunder have been violated.
