EXPLOSIVES ACT OF 1970 (EXCERPT)
Act 202 of 1970

29.55 Violation of act; penalty.

Sec. 15.

A person who violates any provision of this act is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500.00 or imprisoned for not more than 1 year, or both.
