MICHIGAN MILITARY ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 150 of 1967

32.760 State military board; members, appointment and duties, term.

Sec. 360.

The state military board shall consist of 5 military or civilian members. The governor shall appoint the members who shall serve at the pleasure of the governor. The board shall perform in an advisory capacity in the preparation of plans and specifications for armory construction and of letting contracts for their erection and equipment in accordance with established state procedures. Administrative legal and engineering assistance required by the board shall be furnished by appropriate departments of the military establishment.
