OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE FOR FORMER OFFENDERS (EXCERPT)
Act 381 of 1974

338.44 Use of public records or other sources to determine person's fitness.

Sec. 4.

This act shall not bar the use by a licensing board or agency in its determination of a person's fitness, of any other public record, not related to arrest or prosecution, or of any other source of unbiased and accurate information.
