POLYGRAPH PROTECTION ACT OF 1981 (EXCERPT)
Act 44 of 1982

37.209 Conditional effective date.

Sec. 9.

This act shall not take effect unless the following House Bills of the 81st Legislature are enacted into law:

(a) House Bill No. 4403.

(b) House Bill No. 4404.
