388.1654 Intermediate district to receive amount for pupil attending Michigan schools for the deaf and blind.
Sec. 54.
Each intermediate district shall receive an amount per pupil for each pupil in attendance at the Michigan schools for the deaf and blind. The amount shall be proportionate to the total instructional cost at each school. Not more than $1,688,000.00 of the allocation for 2009-2010 in section 51a(1) shall be allocated under this section.

Sec. 54.
