Act 269 of 1909

390.105 Board of trustees; organization.

Sec. 5.

At its first meeting the board shall elect a secretary and a treasurer, each of whom shall give bonds satisfactory to the board to secure the faithful performance of the duties of his office. The board may elect such other officers as it deems advisable. Officers shall hold office at the pleasure of the board. No member of the board shall be eligible to election as secretary or treasurer.
