Act 59 of 1966
395.41 National vocational student loan insurance act of 1965; state board of education, compliance; acceptance and expenditure of federal funds.
Sec. 1.
The state board of education may take any necessary action consistent with state law to comply with the provisions of Public Law 287 of the 89th Congress, known as the “national vocational student loan insurance act of 1965”, and may accept and expend federal funds available under this law.
