418.561 Application for self-insurance; agreement as to insolvency.

Sec. 561.

The application for self-insurance by a private employer shall contain an agreement that in case of insolvency the employer shall make his records available to an agent of the self-insurers' security fund to help defend the fund as well as disclosing his inability to pay the injured employee.
