BOARD OF COUNTY AUDITORS FOR WAYNE COUNTY (EXCERPT)
Act 63 of 1889

47.59 Wayne county board of supervisors; limitation of powers.

Sec. 9.

The board of supervisors of said county shall not have or exercise the power herein conferred upon said board of auditors.
