SAVINGS BANK ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 354 of 1996

487.3301 Corporation; formation; purpose.

Sec. 301.

A corporation may be formed by 1 or more persons in accordance with the laws of this state for the purpose of conducting a savings bank business.
