Act 307 of 1980
491.107 “Bank” defined.
Sec. 107.
“Bank” means a state banking corporation organized or reorganized under the banking code of 1999, 1999 PA 276, MCL 487.11101 to 487.15105, or organized under any law of this state enacted before March 1, 2000 or a national bank having its principal office in this state.
