500.2939 Reinsurance permitted.

Sec. 2939.

Nothing in this chapter shall preclude the pool from acting as a reinsuring facility or from seeking reinsurance of all or a part of its risks with any reinsurer approved by the commissioner or with any agency of state or federal government having the power to issue such reinsurance.
