500.3804 Applicability of chapter.

Sec. 3804.

This chapter applies to a medicare supplement policy delivered, issued for delivery, or renewed by a health care corporation operating pursuant to the nonprofit health care corporation reform act, 1980 PA 350, MCL 550.1101 to 550.1704, on or after the effective date of this section.
