500.4222 Table of nonforfeiture benefits.

Sec. 4222.

There shall be a table showing in figures the nonforfeiture benefits available under the policy every year upon default in payment of premiums during at least the first 20 years of the policy, and a provision that the company will furnish upon request an extension of such table beyond the year shown in the policy.
