LIVING CARE DISCLOSURE ACT (EXCERPT)

554.807 Registration required.

Sec. 7.

Beginning 90 days after the effective date of this act, a person shall not offer to sell or sell a life interest or long-term lease in this state unless the facility is registered under this act.
