Act 440 of 1976
554.809 Alternative disclosure statement.
Sec. 9.
The bureau may accept, in place of the disclosure statement meeting the requirements set forth in section 8, a disclosure statement form required by a federal government agency or a government agency of another state which the bureau has determined by rule or order to meet the requirements of section 8.
