LIVING CARE DISCLOSURE ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 440 of 1976

554.835 Proceedings by attorney general or prosecuting attorney.

Sec. 35.

The bureau may refer information relating to the violation of this act or a rule or order promulgated or issued under this act to the attorney general or to the prosecuting attorney of the county in which the violation occurred, who may, with or without the reference, institute appropriate proceedings.
