CONDOMINIUM ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 59 of 1978

559.115 Construction or interpretation of act.

Sec. 15.

This act shall not be construed or interpreted as to authorize or permit the incurring of indebtedness of the state contrary to the provisions of the state constitution of 1963.
