UNIFORM RECOGNITION OF ACKNOWLEDGMENTS ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 57 of 1969

565.269 Uniformity of interpretation.

Sec. 9.

This act shall be so interpreted as to make uniform the laws of those states which enact it.
