REVISED JUDICATURE ACT OF 1961 (EXCERPT)

600.2421g Applicability of MCL 600.2421a to 600.2421f to civil actions.

Sec. 2421g.

Sections 2421a to 2421f shall apply to civil actions commenced after September 30, 1984.
