600.8019 New trial.

Sec. 8019.

An action in the cyber court shall be heard by the judge without a jury. The court may grant a new trial upon the same terms and under the same conditions and for the same reasons as prevail in the case of the circuit court of this state, in a case heard by a judge without a jury.
