REVISED JUDICATURE ACT OF 1961 (EXCERPT)
Act 236 of 1961

600.8353 Civil jury; number; verdict.

Sec. 8353.

In civil actions in the district court the jury shall consist of 6 persons. The court shall receive the verdict of 5 of such 6 jurors.
