REVISED JUDICATURE ACT OF 1961 (EXCERPT)
Act 236 of 1961

600.8355 Criminal jury; number; verdict.

Sec. 8355.

In criminal actions in the district court the jury shall consist of 6 persons. The court shall receive only a unanimous verdict.
