REVISED JUDICATURE ACT OF 1961 (EXCERPT)
Act 236 of 1961

600.8413 Judgments; conclusiveness; form.

Sec. 8413.

All judgments of the small claims division shall be conclusive upon the plaintiff and the defendant and shall be in a form prescribed by the supreme court.
