ACTIONS INVOLVING ELECTIONS (EXCERPT)
Act 161 of 1969

691.1032 Actions involving elections; exceptions.

Sec. 2.

This act shall not apply to actions based upon acts of the state legislature or the legislative body of any county, city, village or township when such acts take effect less than 28 days before the date of election.
