Act 79 of 1971

722.53 Superseded laws.

Sec. 3.

This act supersedes all provisions of law prescribing duties, liabilities, responsibilities, rights and legal capacity of persons 18 years of age through 20 years of age different from persons 21 years of age, including but not limited to the following enumerated public acts:

Sections 2 and 6 of Act No. 372 of the Public Acts of 1927, as amended, being sections 28.422 and 28.426 of the Compiled Laws of 1948.
