Act 328 of 1931

750.393 Buoy or beacon; willfully removing or destroying.

Sec. 393.

Any person who shall willfully remove or destroy any buoy or beacon placed in any of the waters of the state, by the authority of the United States, is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 1 year or a fine of not more than $1,000.00.
