ENDURANCE CONTESTS (EXCERPT)
Act 140 of 1935

752.162 Violation as misdemeanor; penalty.

Sec. 2.

A person who violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $100.00 or imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both. Each violation constitutes a separate and distinct offense.
